Entirely shaped by the outgoing channel filters on the loop machine, 'BLACK' is a unique one trick pony. It is constructed by one vocal sample through two channels, chopped, spliced, reversed and filtered multiple times as it left the looper at the site of production. No other instruments or post editing techniques were involved. It clunks, it grinds, it pounds, jars and twists its way into some kind of rare mechanical existence.

Sky High Diamonds is a solo project based in Cornwall with a love for electronic experimental sounds through multiple hardware noise devices as well as a passion for traditional instruments, sacred instruments and traditional composition/song writing techniques.

Ever eclectic Sky High Diamonds just creates, delightfully neglectful of genre, style or formal technique.
